VMA ET-3650 is a two-head automatic machine for the production of three-layer masks.

The horizontal packaging machine is designed for automatic bagging of various types of masks. If necessary, the machine can be connected to an automatic mask production line or used as a packaging machine. Suitable for hot melting of PVC films, BOPP, OPP, CPP, metallized PET film, plastoaluminium film, paper film, paper plastic and other single- or multi-layer, heat-melting decomposable materials.

Fabrics and accessories for masks:
SPUNBOND (SMS) 25G/M2 (GRADE A) is a multilayer polypropylene nonwoven fabric, the outer layers of which are spunbond, and the inner layer is meltblown.
The material is characterized by the uniformity of the web, high barrier characteristics and softness, which is ideal for various applications, including:
- manufacture of sanitary and hygienic products, such as diapers for children and adults and women's disposable pads,
- disposable medical clothing (including MASKS)
- wet wipes
The width of the roll is 1600mm.

SPUNBOND (SMS) 25G/M2 (GRADE B) is a non—woven synthetic material, the surface of which has small square or diamond-shaped holes. Water, air and solar heat flow through these holes.
Fields of application: agriculture, medicine (including MASK), construction. Roller - 80 kg (winding 2000 m.)
